Role Description This is a full time Fashion and Graphic Designer role based in Ahmedabad, offered in a hybrid format with some work-from-home flexibility. The designer will create original nightwear and loungewear concepts, including silhouettes, prints, patterns, and color palettes aligned with brand identity and market trends. Day-to-day tasks include developing mood boards, preparing tech packs, and collaborating with production teams to ensure accurate translation of designs into final garments.

The role involves creating digital artwork for prints, packaging, labels, and marketing materials, and adapting designs for different collections and seasons. The designer will also support branding initiatives by refining visual identity across catalogs, social media assets,



and promotional content, while maintaining quality and consistency.

Qualifications

- Strong fashion design skills, including concept development, garment styling, and understanding of fabrics suitable for nightwear and loungewear.
- Graphic design skills for prints, patterns, and branding elements, preferably with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design tools.
- Ability to create detailed sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings, along with basic knowledge of tech packs and production specifications.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends, color theory, and market preferences, especially in women’s nightwear and loungewear segments.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of aesthetics, and ability to balance style, comfort, and practicality in design.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with merchandising, production, and marketing teams.
- Relevant education in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Textile Design, or a related field; comparable practical experience is also valued.
- Previous experience in apparel or lingerie/nightwear design is an advantage, as is familiarity with manufacturing processes.
