Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for facade projects. Review architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Prepare material and quantity take-offs. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations. Analyze project requirements and prepare competitive commercial proposals. Support the team with technical and commercial evaluations.

Requirements:

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in facade estimation.
- Good knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
- Valuable communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.
