Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and generate new B2B sales opportunities . Identify potential customers, dealers, distributors and business partners.

Manage existing customer relationships and ensure repeat business. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets .

Conduct regular customer visits and market development activities. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and customer requirements. Follow up on enquiries,



quotations, orders and payments.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing. Maintain accurate sales records, customer data and MIS reports. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.

Required Skills Solid B2B sales and business development skills. Good communication and negotiation abilities. Strong customer relationship management skills. Ability to generate leads and convert them into business. Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting. Willingness to travel for customer and market visits. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

CandidateCandidates with relevant sales experience in Hand Tools, Power Tools, Fasteners, Automotive Components, Pumps or Agriculture Components will be preferred.
