Operate and maintain utilities systems including:

- Boilers &
- Steam distribution

- Chillers &

- HVAC (AHU, HEPA, cleanroom utilities)

- Cooling towers

- Compressed air (process & instrument air)

- Purified Water (PW), DM Water, Soft water

- Nitrogen system, vacuum system

- Monitor utility parameters and ensure continuous, uninterrupted supply to production.

Preventive &

- Breakdown Maintenance

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Prepare and follow maintenance schedules, SOPs, and checklists.

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and utility-related issues to minimize downtime.

GMP, Compliance &

- Documentation

- Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, WHO-GMP, USFDA, and EHS norms.

- Maintain equipment history cards, logbooks, calibration & maintenance records.

- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

- Handle deviations, change controls, and CAPA related to utilities & maintenance.
