Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the overall business strategy and growth roadmap for the group
- Take complete P&L; ownership across all group business verticals
- Provide strategic and operational guidance to General Managers and department heads
- Build and maintain key relationships with principal partners, financial institutions and government bodies
- Identify recent business opportunities, partnerships and expansion possibilities for the group
- Ensure strong corporate governance, compliance and risk management practices across the organisation
- Drive organizational efficiency, cost optimization and performance improvement initiatives
- Represent the group at key forums, partner meetings and strategic negotiations

Requirements

- Graduate/MBA from a reputed institution preferred
- 12 to 18 years of senior leadership experience,



with significant P&L; and multi-business management exposure
- Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen across automobile, fuel retail and logistics sectors is highly desirable
- Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
