Learn more Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives . Lead and manage large-scale programs, projects, or business functions. Engage with senior stakeholders and build strong client relationships.

Drive business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and revenue growth. Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to clients and internal teams. Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

Manage cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff. Establish governance frameworks, operational processes, and performance metrics. Identify opportunities for innovation, digital transformation, and process optimization.
