Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to support brand visibility and lead generation across Kapdee Tech Group’s energy and technology divisions. Day-to-day activities include managing social media channels, creating and updating web content, coordinating marketing calendars, and supporting integrated campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The role involves monitoring key performance metrics, creating regular performance reports, and using web analytics to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. The Digital Marketing Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.

Candidate should possess robust Marketing skills with experience in planning and executing digital campaigns.




Candidate should possess excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
Candidate should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
Candidate should possess Web Content Writing skills for websites, landing pages, and other digital assets.
Candidate should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media dashboards, email marketing tools, SEO basics) is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
