As part of our Claims DevOps team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that support key claims processing capabilities. In this role, you will work within a collaborative, rapid-paced environment leveraging Java full-stack technologies, cloud platforms, and relational/non-relational databases (Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL) to optimize claims workflows and ensure high system availability.



You will leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline engineering workflows, automate tasks, and enhance operational efficiency while prioritizing production stability and supporting FACETS claims processing workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java full-stack frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms
Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to established software engineering standards
Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous operational improvement
Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation within claims operations
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, technical code reviews, and retrospectives
