Role Description The Customer Engagement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing support, and post-sales engagement.



Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, monitoring satisfaction levels, and implementing engagement programs to enhance retention and loyalty. The position also involves analyzing customer data, identifying trends, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to processes and offerings. The Customer Engagement Manager will collaborate with sales, service, and product teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
