Role Description The Assistant Manager - MICE and Hotel Contracting (SCM) is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for managing Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) operations, including coordination with hotels and vendors to secure competitive contracts and high-quality services. Day-to-day activities include negotiating hotel rates and terms, overseeing event-related accommodation and food & beverage arrangements,



and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The role involves monitoring budgets and cost efficiency for MICE projects, preparing proposals and reports, and maintaining accurate documentation of contracts and service agreements. The Assistant Manager will also handle client queries, support front-line reception and customer service needs related to MICE bookings, and contribute to continuous improvement of supplier and partner relationships.
Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills to manage client interactions, handle inquiries, and provide professional support throughout the event and booking lifecycle.
Budgeting and Sales capabilities to plan and monitor event-related budgets, negotiate favorable hotel and vendor contracts, and support revenue and margin goals.
