Role Description: The Business Counsellor at LearnSynaptic is a full time, on-site role based in Pune Kothurd. The person in this role will guide prospective learners through program offerings, assess their goals and backgrounds, and recommend suitable AI learning paths. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one consultations, explaining course structures and outcomes, supporting enrollment decisions, and following up with leads to ensure timely assistance.



The role also involves collaborating with the academic and operations teams to align counselling with program updates, tracking counselling metrics, and providing feedback on learner needs and market trends. The Business Counsellor is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM tools and contribute to a positive, professional experience for all prospective and current learners.
