About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of digital marketing strategy, paid advertising, campaign execution, analytics, and growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be both strategic and hands-on—someone who can plan campaigns, execute them, analyze performance, identify what is working or failing, and continuously optimize for better business results.





Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan campaigns across paid advertising, social media, search, content, and e-commerce channels.
Identify target audiences, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
Develop marketing funnels and strategies to improve lead generation and conversions.

Paid Advertising

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Manage campaign budgets, audiences, bidding, creatives, placements, and targeting.
Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, and other key performance metrics.
Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaigns.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.

Social Media & Content
Manage social media marketing activities across relevant platforms.
