Role Description The Junior Consultant role at PInterview is a full-time remote position focused on supporting users in their interview preparation journey. In this role, the Junior Consultant will conduct online consultation sessions, help clients identify strengths and areas for improvement, and provide structured feedback and guidance on interview techniques.



The Junior Consultant will collaborate with senior consultants and industry experts to refine consulting approaches, contribute to learning materials, and assist in designing practice frameworks for various interview types. Daily tasks include communicating with clients via online platforms, documenting session outcomes, preparing reports and recommendations, and ensuring a high-quality, consistent user experience across all engagements.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and interact effectively in virtual settings.
Analytical and organizational abilities, including experience in documenting sessions, preparing reports, and managing multiple client engagements.
Basic understanding of interview processes for academic admissions, campus placements, and qualified roles, with interest in HR, technical, or coding interviews
