Role:

Design Plus Architects is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive recent business across private-sector clients, institutional opportunities and public-sector tenders.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can identify opportunities, open doors, secure meetings,



manage tender submissions and keep the firm's credentials and business-development material continuously ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue private and public-sector opportunities relevant to architecture, interiors, master planning and project consultancy.
Take ownership of government and institutional tendering — tracking opportunities, evaluating eligibility and coordinating complete submissions.
Monitor GeM, CPPP, e-tender portals, PSUs, government departments and institutional procurement platforms.
Develop private-sector leads and proactively set up meetings with developers, institutions, corporates and potential clients.
Handle outreach through emails, calls, LinkedIn and direct introductions, with quick and structured follow-up.
Coordinate EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, empanelments and pre-qualification submissions.
Prepare and customise company profiles, credentials, capability presentations and pitch PPT
