Role Description The Fundraising Manager – CSR will lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies focused on corporate CSR partnerships and philanthropic support. This is a full time, in office role based in Kolkata, responsible for identifying and engaging potential corporate partners, foundations, and major donors whose priorities align with the organization’s programs in skills development and education. The role involves preparing high-quality proposals, concept notes, and presentations; managing donor pipelines; organizing meetings and site visits; and ensuring timely reporting and impact communication to partners. The Fundraising Manager will coordinate with program, finance, and communications teams to design compelling CSR projects, track commitments, and maintain accurate records of partnerships and annual giving activities.
