We are looking for a highly hands-on Growth Marketing Lead who can help us build the Linx brand, generate demand and turn marketing activity into real business opportunities.

The Role

This is a builder role.

We are not looking for someone whose primary experience is managing agencies, coordinating vendors or creating marketing strategies for other people to execute.

You will be expected to personally take marketing from idea → creation → execution → measurement.

That means you should be comfortable writing the copy, creating the graphic, editing the video, building the campaign, publishing the content and analyzing the results yourself.





You’ll work closely with Linx leadership and sales to build a marketing engine focused on brand visibility, qualified conversations, opportunities and pipeline.

What You’ll Own

Content & LinkedIn

* Own Linx’s LinkedIn presence and content calendar
* Write compelling B2B posts and thought-leadership content
* Turn business ideas, customer stories and market developments into engaging content
* Create graphics and carousels using Canva or similar tools
* Publish and optimize content based on performance
* Help develop executive/founder-led content
* Grow engagement with our target audience — not simply follower counts

Video

* Create and edit short-form marketing videos
* Turn interviews, conversations, product demonstrations and thought leadership into social content
* Add captions, hooks, transitions and graphics
* Work comfortably with tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar platforms
