Marketing Executive – Coal Sales & Business Development
Job Description
Shree Hari Coal Corporation (SHCC) is seeking a passionate, customer-focused, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, strengthening client relationships, and driving sales of our imported and indigenous coal products across various industrial sectors.
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer fuel requirements, developing long-term partnerships, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers and internal teams. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong commitment to achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and convert current business opportunities across industries such as textiles, paper, ceramics, chemicals, food processing, steel, cement, and other manufacturing sectors.




• Promote SHCC's range of imported and indigenous coal products by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable fuel solutions.
• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
• Conduct market visits to generate leads, expand the customer network, and increase market presence.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the procurement, operations, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders and smooth delivery processes.
• Monitor industry trends, coal prices, competitor activities, and market demand to identify new business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates using the company's CRM/ERP system.
