Role Description The Office Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The role includes managing front-desk activities,



handling phone calls and visitor inquiries, coordinating meeting schedules, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. The Office Coordinator will support administrative tasks such as document handling, data entry, and basic reporting, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners for efficient communication and workflow. This position also involves assisting with onboarding logistics, organizing office events, and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
