Role Description The Training Manager role at HDFC Life is a full-time, on-site position based in Haveli. The Training Manager will design, develop,



and deliver training programs for sales teams, branch staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating training content and modules, facilitating classroom and on-the-job training sessions, and monitoring learner progress and performance. The role also involves coordinating training schedules, maintaining training records, evaluating program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, and recommending improvements. The Training Manager will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR, and functional managers to support capability building and continuous learning across the organization.
