Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive, based in South Mumbai. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation support, credit control and maintaining accurate financial records. The role will also involve coordinating with internal departments, vendors, banks, auditors and other external stakeholders.
Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience | B.Com / M.Com
Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
Qualifications & Skills





Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Hands-on experience in Tally ERP 6 / Tally Prime
Good working knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax
Experience in bank and ledger reconciliations
Knowledge of accounts payable, receivables and credit control
Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables and data analysis
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Fluency in English and Hindi
Strong analytical and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Record and verify receipts, payments, purchases, sales and other financial transactions in Tally.
Prepare and maintain daily cash flow statements for company and operational requirements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer ledger managem
