Role: Creator Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and build a pipeline of relevant creators, micro-influencers, and emerging talent across Instagram, YouTube, and short-form platforms aligned with our brand ethos
2. Lead end-to-end outreach — from first contact to onboarding — creating personalized conversations that convert into strong partnerships
3. Act as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of creators, ensuring smooth coordination of briefs, timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops
4. Support collaboration negotiations including rates, gifting, and basic commercial terms under senior guidance
5. Track campaign execution and performance — ensure content goes live on time, capture key metrics, and assist in post-campaign reporting

Maintain and continuously update a structured creator database with audience insights, engagement metrics, past collaborations, and contact details
7. Stay on top of cultural trends, platform shifts, and rising creators — proactively bringing fresh ideas and opportunities to the team

What We’re Looking For:
1. 0-1 year of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media (internships included)
2. Solid interest in the creator economy and a deep understanding of platform dynamics across Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content
3. Excellent written communication skills — able to craft outreach that stands out and gets responses
4. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships and timelines simultaneously
5. Comfortable working with data — able to interpret engagement metrics and derive insights from spreadsheets or reporting tools
