Role Description The Revit Architect at SMARTANK will work on-site in Mumbai in a full-time capacity, focusing on architectural design and documentation using Revit and related tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed architectural plans, creating and managing BIM models,



coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and ensuring design accuracy and compliance with local regulations and standards. The role involves collaborating with project managers and consultants to translate client requirements into functional and visually compelling designs, while maintaining project timelines and quality benchmarks. The Revit Architect will also support integration of design workflows with internal software systems, contribute to design reviews, and participate in continuous improvement of processes and templates.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated ability to produce detailed drawings and BIM models.
Proficiency in Software Development-related concepts as applied to BIM tools, and Integration of Revit models with other design and project management platforms.
