Role Description The Business Development Associate – Fresher will support UrbanHaven’s growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in the development of new business opportunities. This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining prospect databases, reaching out to potential clients, and coordinating meetings or presentations with senior team members. The role also involves preparing basic sales materials, supporting presentations and pitches,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate communication of client requirements. The associate will work under guidance from the business development team, with opportunities to learn sales processes, client relationship management, and market analysis.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and the ability to support effective Presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, initial outreach, and basic follow-up communication.
