What You’ll Do
Build content strategies, campaigns, themes & monthly content calendars
Develop Reels, UGC, hooks, scripts and campaign concepts
Research audiences, competitors, trends and winning content formats
Create content ideas for both brand building & performance marketing
Work closely with Brand, Creative, Social Media & Performance Marketing teams
Develop shoot concepts, moodboards and creative references
Analyse content performance and improve strategy based on insights
Use AI tools for ideation, prompting, image generation & AI video creation
Stay ahead of Instagram, Reels, AI and emerging content trends

We’re Looking For
1+ year experience in Content Strategy, Social Media, Creative Strategy or Digital Marketing




Experience with D2C / Jewellery / Fashion / Lifestyle / E-commerce brands preferred
Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, UGC and digital content
Creative thinker with a performance mindset
Comfortable working in a quick-paced digital marketing agency
Strong portfolio of content/campaign work is a big plus
Hands-on interest or experience with AI-powered content creation
