Epic International Hospital – Head of Marketing, Business Development & Growth
We are hiring a senior healthcare commercial leader to build Epic's complete marketing, business development and patient acquisition engine from the ground up.
The candidate must be capable of:
Building and leading the marketing and business development team
Developing Epic's go-to-market strategy
Creating awareness for minimally invasive healthcare
Building doctor referral networks
Developing physical/field marketing
Driving digital and performance marketing
Building corporate, hospital and institutional partnerships
Creating patient acquisition and conversion systems
Building CRM, MIS and performance dashboards
Managing marketing budgets and ROI




Taking ownership of patient growth and revenue
Recruiting, training and managing the entire growth team
Working directly with the Founder & Managing Director
The ideal candidate is a commercially strong healthcare leader, not merely a branding or communications professional.
Target profile:
10–18+ years experience; solid hospital/healthcare business development and marketing background; proven team-building and revenue-growth experience; Hyderabad preferred but open to exceptional candidates from other major Indian healthcare markets.
