Creative Content, Social & Community Lead — Full-Time, Remote

Location: Pakistan, Bangladesh, India or Philippines

Salary: NZ$800 per month — approximately US$480 per month

We are looking for a creative, self-driven Content, Social Media & Community professional who can help take ownership of our content, social channels, communities and audience communication across three New Zealand brands:
Viewings.co.nz — PropTech / property viewing platform
Goodstar Property Management — Property management
Founder / Personal Brand
This is not a role for somebody who waits for instructions and simply produces basic Canva posts.
We want somebody who can understand a business, understand its audience and then think, plan, write, design, create, engage and help grow the community around the brand.
You should understand how to move an audience through:
Awareness → curiosity → trust → engagement → community → website traffic → registrations / enquiries / downloads → sharing → advocacy.

Email marketing
SMS campaigns
WhatsApp marketing and communication
Other relevant community channels as the brands grow
Community Building
An important part of this role is not just publishing content, but helping us build communities people actually want to belong to.
This may include communities for:
Renters
First-home buyers
Property buyers
Property investors
Real estate agents
Property managers
Private landlords
Local property communities
Other relevant audiences as required
