Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and negotiating commercial real estate opportunities to support the expansion and optimization of 603’s coworking spaces. The specialist will manage property relationships, coordinate with landlords and brokers,



and conduct site visits and market assessments to ensure strategic location selection. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial and occupancy data, preparing real estate proposals and reports, and collaborating with internal teams on space design and utilization. The role also includes responding to inquiries, supporting client tours, and ensuring a high standard of service that aligns with 603’s brand and community-focused approach.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate, including leasing, property evaluation, and market analysis.
