About The Role

The Design Engineer will play a crucial role within the Industrial Valves ETO (Engineer-to-Order) group engineering team at CIRCOR India, based in Coimbatore. This position involves supporting the creation and development of detailed design documentation,



including Bills of Materials (BOMs), 3D CAD models, and engineering drawings for various valve projects. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as production, supply chain, quality, project management, and application engineering to develop cost-effective and innovative design solutions. The role requires a high level of proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting, preferably using SolidWorks, and an understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering standards. The Design Engineer will report directly to the Head of Engineering for Industrial Valves and work under the guidance of the Engineering Manager in Germany, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in mechanical design and drafting
