EDUCATION
Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Valuable knowledge of Freight Forwarding / Logistics operations
Understanding of Import & Export processes
Basic knowledge of Sea Freight and/or Air Freight
Good knowledge of shipping documentation
Excellent communication and email drafting skills
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
