About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is pivotal in supporting the daily accounting operations for our varied client portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording and reconciling financial transactions, maintaining accurate general ledgers,



and preparing routine journal entries in compliance with established accounting standards and firm procedures. The Bookkeeper will also assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entry, and maintaining organized, audit-ready records. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to contribute to a growing firm while working remotely within the Canadian time zone.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: CA IPCC & B.COM Graduate.
Experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online is an asset.
Robust bookkeeping skills, including maintaining general ledgers and handling day-to-day transaction recording.
Proficiency in creating and posting journal entries with proper documentation and approvals.
High level of numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client files efficiently.
