CTC: ₹15,00,000 per annum (9 Lakhs Fixed + 6 Lakhs Incentives)

We work closely with leading brands, property owners, developers, and investors to identify suitable commercial locations and successfully close leasing transactions.

About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Leasing Manager who can build relationships with retail and commercial brands, understand their expansion requirements, identify suitable properties, and successfully close leasing deals.
The Leasing Manager will act as the key connection between brands and property owners. The role requires robust relationship-building, negotiation, coordination, and deal-closing capabilities.
This is an on-ground, business-development-oriented role involving regular interaction with brands, landlords, developers,



and internal site survey teams.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Acquisition and Association: Identify and connect with retail, F&B;, fashion, entertainment, healthcare, and other commercial brands. Build relationships with expansion teams and key decision-makers and onboard brands for their property requirements.
Requirement Management: Understand and document key requirements like location, size, frontage, budget, parking, visibility, and other commercial needs. Maintain updated records of all active requirements.
Property Identification and Site Coordination: Work with survey and sourcing teams to identify suitable properties. Share requirements, review shortlisted options, and ensure complete property details are available before presenting to brands.
Brand and Landlord Coordination: Present properties to brands, arrange site visits, and coordinate meetings between brands and landlords. Act as the main co
