About the Role
Transwind Infrastructures Limited is seeking a driven Project Engineer to lead on-ground execution of Signal & Telecommunication (S&T;) works for our ongoing railway and infrastructure projects across India. The role suits an engineer who thrives at site, understands Railway S&T; systems, and can drive work from installation through testing and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise S&T; works at site — installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning — as per approved drawings, specifications, and railway standards
Coordinate with Railway/client officials, OEMs, and vendors for approvals, inspections, and material requirements




Plan and monitor daily site progress against project schedules and report status to project management
Manage in office manpower, sub-contractors, and material to ensure quality and timely completion
Ensure compliance with railway safety norms, quality standards, and statutory requirements
Maintain site records, measurement books, and documentation for billing and audit
Troubleshoot technical issues during execution and testing/commissioning stages
Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in S&T; project execution (Railway S&T; experience strongly preferred)
Working knowledge of signalling systems, telecom networks, cabling, and testing procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong coordination, site management, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work at project sites across India and travel as required
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with proj
