Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar, responsible for managing client relationships and supporting the delivery of accounting and tax services. The person in this role will assist in coordinating tax compliance activities, such as gathering client documentation, tracking deadlines, and supporting GST and ITR filing processes. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate client records,



preparing basic financial summaries, following up with clients on outstanding information, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The Account Executive will contribute to business development by identifying client needs, presenting relevant services, and supporting proposals and onboarding. This role also involves collaborating with accounting professionals, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and accuracy, and helping improve internal processes for better client service.
Qualifications

Strong client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, over phone, and via email.
Basic knowledge of accounting, taxation, or finance; familiarity with GST, ITR filing, or bookkeeping processes is an advantage.
