About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Service Manager to lead client relationships, manage accounts, coordinate internal teams, and ensure the successful delivery of marketing and digital projects.
The ideal candidate should have robust client management, communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills. You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients and work closely with strategy, digital marketing, creative, design, video, and development teams to deliver high-quality work on time.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Own and manage relationships with assigned clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
Understand client business objectives, challenges, expectations, and priorities.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for account growth.
Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, presentations, and performance discussions.
Handle client concerns,



feedback, escalations, and expectations professionally.

Account Management

Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
Develop account plans and ensure alignment between client objectives and internal execution.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing accounts.
Track account performance, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation of client requirements, approvals, discussions, and decisions.

Project & Team Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams including:
Digital Marketing
Performance Marketing
SEO
Social Media
Graphic Design
Video Production
Content
Web Development
Convert client requirements into clear internal briefs and actionable tasks.
Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
