Role Description The RFID Production Engineer is a full-time hybrid role based in Indore, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks as approved. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating,



and monitoring RFID label production, ensuring that processes meet quality, performance, and safety standards. Day-to-day activities include configuring and maintaining RFID printing and encoding equipment, supervising production runs, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing workflows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The engineer collaborates with design, quality, and operations teams to integrate RFID technology into various label substrates and special-effect finishes, while maintaining compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. The role also involves documenting processes, analyzing production data, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and training production staff on RFID-related procedures.
