Role Description The Technical Recruiter role is a full time, remote position focused on sourcing,



attracting, and hiring top technical talent for GCC operations and related technology functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing full-life cycle recruiting, from job intake and role scoping to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management. The Technical Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements, refine job descriptions, and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline. The role involves leveraging recruitment platforms, social networks, and referral programs, as well as using Miamin’s AI-driven tools and data insights to improve time-to-hire and candidate experience. The Technical Recruiter will also support recruitment reporting, process optimization, and employer branding initiatives to strengthen Miamin’s presence in target markets.
