Role Description The FIELD SALES RECRUITER is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring field sales professionals to support Richland Infra Developers’ growth in the real estate market. Day-to-day activities include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting screenings and interviews,



coordinating hiring processes with sales leadership, and managing the full recruitment cycle. The FIELD SALES RECRUITER will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, supporting onboarding activities, and building long-term relationships with potential sales talent.

Qualifications
Ability to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for sales roles, including Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting.
Experience in making effective hiring decisions and coordinating Hiring processes with internal stakeholders.
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with candidates and internal teams.
Prior experience recruiting for field sales recruiting or real estate roles is preferred.
