Role Description The Real Estate Sales Person is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving property sales across Vistara Group’s industrial and residential projects. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting site visits,



presenting property features and benefits, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing. The role involves maintaining detailed knowledge of available inventory, pricing, and project timelines, as well as preparing proposals, agreements, and basic documentation. The Real Estate Sales Person will respond to client inquiries promptly, provide skilled customer service, and build long-term relationships with buyers and investors. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, project management, and finance is expected to ensure accurate information and a seamless client experience.
