Responsibilities

- Develop accurate cost estimates for real estate development projects
- Analyze project requirements and create detailed budgets
- Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure cost-effective solutions

Requirements

- B.E Civil
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in estimation and budgeting within the real estate industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
