Role Description The Equity Advisor role at Axis Direct is a full-time, on-site position based in Vijayawada.

The Equity

Advisor will guide customers on equity and related investment products, helping them understand market trends and make suitable investment decisions aligned with their financial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with clients, providing trade-related support, executing and monitoring client orders, and assisting with portfolio reviews and rebalancing. The role also involves generating leads, supporting sales initiatives,



ensuring high-quality customer service, and adhering to regulatory and internal compliance norms.

The Equity

Advisor will work closely with branch teams to enhance client engagement and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client relationship management and client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of Investments and Finance, including equity markets, basic financial products, and market regulations.
- Candidates should possess Sales capabilities, including lead generation, cross-selling, and achieving revenue or business targets.
- Candidates should possess Portfolio Management skills, such as understanding risk profiles, asset allocation, and portfolio review processes.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field; NISM certifications or equivalent regulatory qualifications are preferred.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills, with proficiency in using trading platforms and basic office productivity tools.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, customer-centric environment, maintain ethical standards, and comply with all regulatory and organizational policies.
