Job Summary :

We are looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer with 913 years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, enterprise integrations, and technical solution design.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform and strong hands-on experience across one or more modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, GRC, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, Service Portal, ATF, UI Builder, or Now Assist.

The candidate will be responsible for leading technical design and development activities, implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, designing enterprise integrations, conducting technical reviews, and providing technical guidance to development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across relevant modules.
- Analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
- Design and develop custom applications, workflows, automation, and business processes on the ServiceNow platform.
- Design and maintain complex inbound and outbound integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems using REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
- Develop advanced JavaScript-based solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, and other ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
- Architect solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, GRC, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, Service Portal, ATF, UI Builder, or Now Assist.
- Lead technical workshops, requirement discussions, solution-design sessions, and architecture reviews with business and technical stakeholders.
- Define integration architecture, data mappings, error-handling mechanisms, authentication approaches, and integration patterns.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
- Review existing implementations and recommend improvements to platform architecture,



performance, automation, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, security, performance, and development standards.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and junior team members.
- Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, performance, and production issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Lead development, testing, deployment, release, and production-support activities.
- Drive ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and major platform releases.
- Establish development standards, reusable components, and best practices across ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, functional consultants, administrators, and enterprise integration teams.
- Prepare and review technical design documents, integration specifications, architecture documents, and deployment plans.

Technical Skills :

- 9 to 13 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and technical leadership.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise application development.
- Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, inbound integrations, outbound integrations, and web services.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, application scopes, tables, relationships, ACLs, roles, and security.
- Strong experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Workflow, and automation.




- Strong experience in one or more ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, GRC, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, Service Portal, ATF, UI Builder, or Now Assist.
- Experience designing complex enterprise integrations and troubleshooting integration failures.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow performance optimization and platform best practices.
- Experience with update sets, application deployment, version management, release processes, and ServiceNow upgrades.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development standards, security practices, and governance.
- Exposure to CI/CD and automated deployment practices for ServiceNow is preferred.

Leadership Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review technical designs and development approaches proposed by team members.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development quality across deliverables.
- Mentor developers on ServiceNow architecture, scripting, integrations, and best practices.
- Identify technical risks and proactively define mitigation strategies.
- Drive resolution of complex technical challenges and production issues.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Contribute to technical estimations, planning, solutioning, and project governance.
