The successful candidate will demonstrate robust enterprise architecture capability from business and industry strategy through solution design, delivery and value realisation. They will combine large-scale transformation experience with practical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Fusion Applications and Industry Solutions delivered through Oracle’s Global Industry Units (GIUs).

- Credibility and influence with senior business and technology executives, including C-suite stakeholders.
- A cross-industry perspective and the ability to translate industry trends, operating models and regulatory pressures into customer value propositions.
- Deep knowledge of at least one industry vertical is advantageous, supported by the ability to work effectively across industries.
- Strong enterprise architecture skills across business, data, application, integration, cloud and technology domains, with a pragmatic and adaptable approach to methods and frameworks.
- Ability to create integrated architectures across OCI, Fusion Applications and Oracle industry solutions / GIUs, including the dependencies between them.
- Working knowledge of AI, generative AI and agentic AI concepts, opportunities, risks, governance and responsible adoption in enterprise environments.
- Ability to support multiple parallel strategic engagements across complex customer, partner and sales environments.
- A successful record in consultative presales, pursuit leadership and development of strategic proposals and business cases.
- Ability to facilitate executive workshops and communicate clearly in small working sessions and large customer forums.
- Commercial acumen, negotiation capability and the ability to articulate business value, risk reduction and time-to-value.
- Ability to lead virtual teams and influence stakeholders across direct and indirect reporting lines to deliver complex customer outcomes.
Responsibilities Core solution expertise You will demonstrate broad enterprise architecture depth and strong capability in several of the following areas:
- Fusion Applications architecture and transformation, including two or more functional domains such as ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM or CX.
- OCI architecture, cloud platform services, security, resilience, integration, data platforms and modern application development.
- Industry solutions and GIU offerings, with the ability to position industry-specific capabilities alongside horizontal Oracle services.
- AI architecture and adoption, including generative AI, AI agents, data foundations, governance, security, responsible AI and measurable business outcomes.
- Data, analytics and information management, including modern data platforms, integration patterns, data quality and insights-driven operating models.
- End-to-end process, service and information integration across complex hybrid and multi-cloud application environments.
- Enterprise security, identity, privacy, compliance and operational resilience incorporated by design into solution architecture.
- Industry domain depth in a sector such as public sector, financial services, health, utilities, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing or hospitality.

- Business transformation, operating-model design and value-realisation planning.
- Programme leadership, governance and benefits management for complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
- Application, data, cloud or infrastructure implementation and change management.
