Managing the entire shopfloor production activities ,Achieving the daily production targets as required by company time to time.

Qualification/ Personal Attributes

B-Tech(Min 3 years of relevant experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing in Production Department).

Skills Required:- Operation experience of Wet Tools, Thermal-Tools and Metallization Tools

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing the entire shopfloor activities keeping the production targets in check
2. Operation of the tool with proper safety and keeping in mind the do's and don’t
3. Preparing the tool wise production report and analyzing the area of improvement
4. Proper co ordination with other departments for the smooth operation of the machines
5. Managing the shift wise manpower and preparing the schedule for smooth operation
