Work Mode: Hybrid

- Monday & Tuesday – Onsite
- Wednesday to Friday – Online

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Energy Analyst to join our growing Energy Engineering team. This is an excellent prospect to work on live projects and build your career in the Energy & Sustainability sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Compile, extract, and analyze data sheets, architectural and MEP drawings, regulatory requirements, and standards such as ASHRAE 90.1.
- Perform whole-building energy modeling using the ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G framework.
- Develop eQuest building geometry from AutoCAD plans, PDFs, images, and other formats.
- Perform CAD zoning and develop trace drawings for eQuest models.




- Create eQuest energy models covering HVAC, hot water, building envelope, and lighting systems.
- Perform energy simulations comparing Proposed and Baseline Models.
- Calibrate and tune eQuest models to calculate energy savings.
- Maintain project documentation, spreadsheets, technical reports, and project trackers.
- Collaborate with team members and report project progress to the line manager.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

1–2 years of experience in Energy Modeling

Advanced AutoCAD skills

Knowledge of HVAC systems, Building Controls & Energy Efficiency

Knowledge of ASHRAE standards

Clear and confident communication skills

CEM, CEA, LEED, IGBC, or EDGE certification will be an added advantage.
