:

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in cloud-native .NET applications and Sitecore platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience leading full-stack development teams and delivering enterprise-scale Sitecore digital experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and delivery of cloud-native .NET applications using Azure/GCP.
- Design and implement solutions using Sitecore XP, XM, and headless implementations.
- Deliver Sitecore-based digital experience solutions covering content management, personalization, integrations, and digital platforms.
- Lead and mentor front-end, back-end, and database development teams.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Lean development practices and engineering best practices.
- Drive code quality, version control, CI/CD, and release management.




- Manage project activities using Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
- Analyze technical challenges and make data-driven decisions to improve solution quality and performance.

Required Skills :

- Robust hands-on experience with .NET and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with Azure or GCP.
- Strong expertise in Sitecore XP/XM.
- Experience with Sitecore headless implementations.
- Proven experience delivering personalization, content management, and integration solutions.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary development teams.
- Knowledge of GitHub and Azure Repos.
- Strong understanding of Lean/Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and/or MS Projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
