Job Summary The Head of IT &

- Digital Transformation is responsible for defining and executing the organization's end-to-end technology strategy spanning core IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and digital innovation to support real estate development, sales, leasing, facilities management, and customer experience functions. The role acts as the bridge between business strategy and technology enablement, driving PropTech adoption, process digitization, data-driven decision-making, and operational efficiency across the value chain.

ROLES AND Leadership

- Define and own the organization's IT and Digital Transformation roadmap, aligned to business growth, recent project launches, and customer experience goals.

- Advise management on emerging technologies (AI, IoT, BIM integration, smart buildings, blockchain for property transactions) relevant to real estate.

- Own the annual IT/Digital budget, capital and operating expenditure planning, and ROI tracking for technology investments.

Enterprise Applications &

- ERP

- Oversee implementation, upgrade, and governance of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), CRM platforms, sales & booking management systems, and facilities/community management software.

- Ensure seamless integration between sales, finance, project management, and customer service platforms.

- Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and SLA management for enterprise software providers.

Digital Transformation &

- PropTech

- Drive adoption of PropTech solutions - virtual/augmented reality for sales, digital twins, smart home/building automation, e-kiosks, mobile apps for homeowners/tenants.





- Lead digitization of customer journeys: online booking, e-signatures, digital mortgage integration, self-service portals for owners/tenants.

- Champion automation (RPA) of repetitive back-office processes (finance, procurement, HR, customer service).

- Partner with Marketing/Sales to enhance the digital customer experience (website, CRM, chatbots, contact centre technology).

AI &

- Automation

- Define an enterprise AI strategy covering generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation aligned with real estate use cases.

- Deploy AI-powered chatbots/virtual assistants for sales inquiries, customer service, and homeowner support.

- Implement predictive analytics/ML models for: dynamic pricing of units, sales forecasting, predictive maintenance of buildings/assets, energy optimization, and customer churn/lead-scoring.

- Lead Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives across finance (invoice processing, reconciliations), HR (onboarding, payroll inputs), procurement, and customer service workflows using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.

- Explore computer vision/IoT-AI integration for construction site safety monitoring, access control, and smart building analytics.





- Establish governance for responsible AI use - data privacy, bias mitigation, and human oversight of automated decisions.

Infrastructure, Cybersecurity &

- Risk

- Ensure robust, scalable IT infrastructure (network, data center/cloud, disaster recovery, business continuity) across corporate offices, project sites, and communities.

- Own cybersecurity strategy - data protection, compliance with UAE data protection laws / India's IT Act & data privacy regulations (as applicable), vendor risk management, and incident response.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and audit requirements (ISO 27001, SOC 2, RERA digital record-keeping where applicable).

People &

- Vendor Management

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT and Digital team across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and innovation functions.

- Manage strategic technology vendor/partner relationships (system integrators, cloud providers, PropTech startups) and evaluate emerging vendors for pilot projects.

- Foster a digital-first culture through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement across business Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or Master's in Information Systems/Technology Management preferred.

- Experience: 15-20+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/Head of IT or CIO-equivalent role.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation programs, ERP implementations, and enterprise cybersecurity initiatives.
