Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LOTO Engineer - Electrical to join our Data Centre operations team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for Lockout Tagout (LOTO) implementation, electrical maintenance activities, and ensuring safe shutdown and energization procedures for critical power systems within the data centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and manage LOTO (Lockout Tagout) procedures for electrical maintenance and shutdown activities.
- Ensure PTW (Permit to Work) compliance for all electrical operations and maintenance activities.
- Perform maintenance and monitoring of critical electrical infrastructure including UPS, DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, switchgear, ATS/STS, and power distribution systems.
- Coordinate planned and emergency shutdown activities in data centre environments.
- Maintain SOP, MOP, and EOP procedures for critical electrical systems.




- Monitor electrical systems through BMS / EPMS / SCADA systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM) for electrical equipment.
- Prepare operational reports including MOR, MBR, DTR, and incident reports.
- Ensure 100% uptime of electrical systems in the data centre.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, audits, and HSE policies.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in LOTO procedures and PTW system.
- Hands-on experience with UPS, DG synchronization, transformers, HT/LT switchgear.
- Knowledge of data centre electrical infrastructure and redundancy systems (N+1 / 2N).
- Familiarity with BMS / EPMS / SCADA monitoring systems.
- Ability to handle critical shutdown planning and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of electrical safety standards and compliance.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working in Data Centres / Hyperscale Data Centres / Critical Facilities.
- Hands-on exposure to DG synchronization and UPS systems.
- Experience in shift operations and emergency response.
