About the OpportunityLaunchBridge Global India Private Limited, currently progressing through incorporation, is building its initial team in Kerala and is seeking confident, motivated and results-oriented Education Outreach Executives for an upcoming education awareness and student outreach campaign.

This is a field-based role involving regular visits to schools, colleges and educational institutions across Thiruvananthapuram. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building professional relationships, presenting ideas confidently and working towards measurable targets.

You will represent the organisation during institutional outreach, connect with school and college decision-makers, support awareness activities and help develop relationships that contribute to the success of the campaign.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply, while candidates with experience in education outreach, business development, admissions, institutional engagement or field sales will be particularly well suited to the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges and other educational institutions across Thiruvananthapuram and surrounding areas.
- Meet principals, administrators, teachers and other relevant decision-makers.
- Professionally introduce and explain the organisation's educational programmes and awareness initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with educational institutions.
- Arrange appointments, presentations, awareness activities and follow-up meetings.
- Generate qualified institutional and student leads through field outreach.




- Conduct telephone, WhatsApp and email follow-ups where required.
- Maintain accurate records of institutional visits, contacts, responses and follow-up activities.
- Update daily activities and leads using Google Sheets or the organisation's reporting system.
- Work towards agreed outreach, lead-generation and campaign performance targets.
- Communicate feedback and opportunities identified in the field to management.
- Represent the organisation professionally and responsibly during all external interactions.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred.



Previous experience in education, EdTech, admissions, field sales, business development, marketing, customer engagement or institutional outreach will be advantageous but is not mandatory.

A valid driving licence and access to a two-wheeler are preferred due to the field-based nature of the position.
