Job Summary:

We are looking for an EDP Incharge to join in our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Billing Data Management
- - Download and verify daily sales data from all store Point Of Sale systems- Enter purchase bills, stock transfer, and return entries in ERP- Product master maintenance: SKU creation, barcode mapping, MRP, size, color, HSN code- Ensure 100% data accuracy - no mismatch between billing and stock

- MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily sales report, store-wise SSG, ASP report, category-wise sales- Generate stock reports: Closing stock, slow moving, fast moving, age analysis- Monthly reports for management: EOSS performance, margin report, vendor report- Support Accounts team with GST data, e-invoice data for filing
- Store & System Support




- Basic troubleshooting for billing software, barcode scanner, printer issues- User ID creation and rights management for store staff in ERP- Take daily backup of store data and maintain data security- Coordinate with ERP vendor/IT team for software updates and bugsEducation / Qualification
- Education: Diploma in DCA / http://B.Com with Computer. BCA/BBA preferred
- Experience: 1-4years as EDP Operator / Data Entry in Retail.

- Technical Skills:
- MS Excel,VLOOKUP, Pivot, Formulas – Must
- Retail ERP/POS: Marg, Vyapar, Tally, SAP, or any retail billing software
- Typing Speed: 35-40 WPM English + Tamil typing preferred

- Other Skills:
- Basic knowledge of printer, scanner.
- Detail oriented, deadline driven, can handle pressure duringWork mode:In-person
