Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist – Apparels is a contract role responsible for managing and optimizing apparel product listings and online catalogs across e-commerce platforms. This hybrid position is based in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility, and involves overseeing pricing, promotions, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising to drive conversions.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring product performance, analyzing sales trends, coordinating with internal teams for content and marketing activities, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues related to online orders.



The role also involves working closely with the sales and customer service teams to improve the end-to-end online shopping experience and support targeted campaigns for apparel categories.

Qualifications

- Strong E-Commerce knowledge, with hands-on experience managing online apparel catalogs and product listings.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Customer Service orientation, with the ability to support issue resolution and enhance buyer satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills for clear coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Sales awareness, including understanding of promotions, pricing strategies, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar) is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data tools for reporting and performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Noida, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
